The invention relates to a composite ice product manufacturing method, mainly comprising the steps of: using a model cup to be filled with a first ice sheet layer at a partial height; configuring an ice cream on a surface of the first ice sheet layer disposed in the model cup, in which an outer edge of the ice cream is covered by a soft-tough food material; spreadingly filing up a second ice sheet layer on an outer edge of the soft-tough food material disposed in the model cup; and performing a reverse to enable the second ice sheet layer to relatively form with a socket portion so that the ice cream and the soft-tough food material are configured in the socket portion, and using the first ice sheet layer to cover the ice cream so as to form the composite ice product. Accordingly, the ice cream is formed as a stuffing within the ice sheet, and relatively the ice sheet is formed as an ice skin of the stuffing, thereby providing an ice-hidden ice structure with rich enclosure and taste.本發明係關於一種複合冰品製造方法,主要係以一模型杯局部高度填充第一冰屑層;於該模型杯內之第一冰屑層表面設置一冰淇淋,其中該冰淇淋外緣以一軟韌食材為包覆;於該模型杯內該軟韌食材之外緣填鋪第二冰屑層;反轉而令該第二冰屑層相對形成窩部,該冰淇淋與該軟韌食材設於該窩部,且以該第一冰屑層覆蓋該冰淇淋,以形成該複合冰品。藉由前述使得冰淇淋在冰屑中形成「冰餡」,且使得該冰屑相對成為該冰餡之冰皮,更形成「冰中有冰」之綿密包覆與口感。
