PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary container for taking medicine, which facilitates taking the medicine.SOLUTION: An auxiliary container for taking medicine includes: a body container 20 for receiving water a middle plate 40 removable from the body container, and formed of communicating sections 45A, 45B with the body container and a recess 42 capable of receiving the medicine 30 in a top side and a lid body 50 having a tap 53 in communication with the communicating section and the recess 42, and covering the middle plate and removable from the body container. The auxiliary container has a first communicating section of the position corresponding to the tap side position of the recess and a second communicating section disposed in the upper surface position of the middle plate at the side position of the first communicating section.
