PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having improved stability in a living body and a method for detecting tumor by using the compound, for solving such problems that, in medical imaging techniques for diagnosis and treatment, a compound comprising a target bonding portion and a signal generating portion is used for imaging, however, a compound for imaging is sometimes cut by a protease present in a living body, and when the signal generating portion is isolated by cutting, the portion is not locally retained in a lesion but dispersed in the living body, resulting in an increase in a background noise.SOLUTION: A compound including an antibody portion, an albumin bonding portion and a signal generating portion is provided.
