A fluid delivery system comprising a syringe and a valve, wherein the syringe comprises an aspiration barrel and an injection barrel. The valve is configured to control fluid flow between the syringe and a fluid delivery lumen for aspiration and injection of a target site； wherein the valve is operable in a reverse and forward position, such that in the reverse position the valve is configured to enable fluid to flow from the fluid delivery lumen to the aspiration barrel； and in the forward position the valve is configured to enable fluid to flow from the injection barrel to the fluid delivery lumen.L'invention concerne un système de distribution de fluide comprenant une seringue et une valve, la seringue comprenant un cylindre d'aspiration et un cylindre d'injection.
