To provide a frequency therapeutic device capable of being used in a state in which pain or shock is suppressed, at low frequency without reducing a maximum voltage.SOLUTION: A frequency therapeutic device of the invention is configured so that, between a pair of electrode pads, a current of a voltage waveform stored in a waveform memory 22 is flowed, and at a same frequency, a spike part in a leading part and a trailing part in the voltage waveform applied to the space between the electrode pads, can be reproduced correctly, and when a voltage value between both spike parts is 0-±5 V, a shock applied to an electrode pad sticking part is suppressed, and power consumption amount can be significantly reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
