The present invention provides a method of preparing antibacterial lotion, which includes providing a monomer mixture including three different monomers, each having a functional group different from each other providing an emulsifying agent water solution and an antibacterial agent water solution mixing the monomer mixture, the emulsifying agent water solution, the antibacterial agent water solution, a buffering agent and an initiator to form an antibacterial material water solution and performing an emulsion polymerization reaction at a predetermined temperature so as to form the antibacterial lotion of the present invention.
