PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food and drink showing the efficient reduction efficiency of the concentration of alcohol in blood, and excellent in safety.SOLUTION: In an agent for reducing the concentration of alcohol in blood as a food and drink which contains water-insoluble component derived from tomato fruits, and alanine at a concentration of 3 g/100 ml or more, a content of alanine is 0.7-21.4 at a weight ratio on the basis of the water-insoluble component derived from tomato fruits, the water-insoluble component has a concentration of 0.45 g/100 ml or more, and the water-insoluble component contains water-insoluble dietary fiber.
