PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical nursing facility unit for hospital rooms having a simple structure and superior operability in the medical nursing facility unit for hospital rooms being installed in a hospital room for performing medical nursing actions for patients.SOLUTION: In the medical nursing facility unit 100 for hospital rooms in which the front faces of a medical gas takeout section 11 and a medical electric facility section 10 are freely opened/closed with front covers 2 via an opening/closing device, the opening/closing device includes rail devices 5 for guiding the lifting/lowering of the front covers, latch devices 3 retaining the front covers in the opening state, and brake devices 7 for mitigating the lowering operation of the front covers.
