PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvesting work assisting stand which responds suitably to farm field conditions upon vegetable harvesting, can reduce physical burden of an operator and can perform the packing work into a harvesting box efficiently.SOLUTION: In a harvesting work assisting stand principally used for loading a harvesting box in which harvest gathered in the farm field is entered, one or a plurality of carriage frames are set as a major constituent, in the carriage frame, right and left two main vertical beams, at least one intermediate vertical beam and at least two transverse beams are set as major constituent, the intermediate vertical beam is arranged between right and left two main vertical beams, the main vertical beams and the intermediate vertical beams are arranged substantially in parallel to one another and the upper surfaces of the intermediate vertical beams are provided lower than the upper surfaces of the right and left main vertical beams. A pair of leg parts connected to the lower part of the carriage frame are preferably provided. Such a structure that the height of the carriage frame is changed and adjusted is preferably provided. One side leg part is preferably provided with two wheels.
