PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device having the following features: a plant growing work may be automated, effective cultivation area is increased, entirely simple construction is provided, and plant productivity may be improved.SOLUTION: In a plant cultivation device comprising a plant cultivation shelf having multiple stages, each of stages is constructed with continuous sequences of a plurality of horizontally movable palettes and the palettes are circularly moved in a serial manner per a palette.
