PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding device for plant cultivation inexpensive and reduced in working load.SOLUTION: The guiding device for plant cultivation 1 is provided with the following parts: a rail 20 which is installed at a predetermined height above a cultivation bed 10 for plants in a hothouse a runner 30 which has a supporting member 31 extending along the rail 20 and a plurality of supporting parts set up in a direction where the supporting member 31 extends in prescribed intervals and movably supporting the supporting member 31 on the rail 20 and a cord member 40 which is set up at the runner 30 and to which a guiding tool 50 is detachably attached. The rail 20 is provided with the rail member separably connected and curved toward its end part to be formed in a ring state. The cord member 40 connects the one end side and the other end side of the supporting member 31 and crosses below the supporting member 31.
