PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability of a green curtain formed of a lianous plant.SOLUTION: A plurality of planters are installed in a line on the outdoor side of a first floor window part 31, and the green curtain is formed of the lianous plants 41 planted in the planters. An upward extending twining wire 43 is connected to each planter, and the lianous plant extends upward by twining around the twining wire 43. The planter and the twining wire 43 are supported by a planter support rail and a wire support rail 51 and movable almost horizontally along the first floor window part 31.
