PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus which can effectively eliminate unnecessary noise signals and obtain high-precision blood flow signals, and its image processing program.SOLUTION: A first calculation means obtains a first power value which is the sum of the absolute value of a plurality of data obtained by a plurality of transmissions and receptions. A velocity vector calculating unit obtains the velocity vector of a moving body at each observation point on the basis of a plurality of data obtained. A second calculation means obtains a second power value which is the absolute value of the obtained velocity vector. A post-filter processing means determines an observation value other than a power value used for a numerical value for determination on the basis of the numerical value for the determination among the observation values at the respective observation points. An image generation means prepares the image of the moving body on the basis of the post-filtered observation values at the respective observation points.
