PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To knead a bone paste on a cylinder tip part with a simple operation.SOLUTION: A medical paste kneading/injection tool comprises: a cylinder 2； a piston 3； a fixing member 4； and an extrusion stopper. The piston 3 comprises: a partition tool 21； a shaft； a stirring part 23； and a handle part 24. The shaft is regulated so as to have the following length in a state in which the partition tool 21 is fixed by the fixing member 4 to a position where the opening of the cylinder 2 is closed.
