PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metered-dose sprayer of syringe shape which is capable of dispensing a content in small quantity.SOLUTION: A metered-dose sprayer of syringe shape includes: a syringe having a finger hook and a plunger. The plunger has a piston holding member 40 and a plunger operating member 50 disposed at the rear end of the member. The holding member 40 includes a holding portion body 41 for holding a piston P, and a plurality of arms 42 integrally provided thereon. The arm 42 includes a resilient tongue piece 43 protruded through a syringe rear end opening and can be slid along the inner peripheral surface of the syringe and a locking projection 44 engagingly locked to the rear end of the syringe successively to the sliding. The operation member 50 has a pressing portion 53 pressing an arm free end 42e to slide the resilient piece 43 along the syringe inner peripheral surface while constraining the arm free end between the operation member and the syringe and causing a distortion deformation in the resilient tongue piece 43.
