PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe type ejector allowing subdivisional take-out of a content of one syringe.SOLUTION: A syringe type ejector 1 has: a syringe 10 having a finger hook part 14 and a plunger P capable of being pushed into the syringe 10. The plunger P has: a piston holding member 30 and a plunger operation member 40 disposed in the rear of the piston holding member 30. The piston holding member 30 has: slide projections 34 entering a plurality of deformable and restorable arms 33 from a syringe rear end open part A1 to slide on the syringe inner circumferential face 10f and stoppers 30s each formed with a locking projection 35 locked to the syringe rear end 10e.
