The present invention relates to a high-resolution scintillator module for gamma ray detection, a gamma ray imaging apparatus applied with the same, and gamma ray spectroscopy thereof. The present invention can induce the total reflection of light by arranging refractive bodies such as clad units having different refractive rates on a side surface of a scintillator generating light by reacting with gamma rays in order to suppress the light from being emitted to the outside, thereby enhancing the gamma ray energy resolution and improving the image quality of the gamma ray imaging apparatus by enhancing the gamma ray detection efficiency.
