PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment machine which can implement an effective treatment over the entire body of a person to be treated by expanding the treatment for limbs such as arm parts and leg parts of the person to be treated.SOLUTION: An expandable/reducible bag 4a for the operation of expansion or reduction to be made by the supply or discharge of air with an airing device 42a is disposed at a proper position of a seat part 11a or a back rest part 12a of the body 10a of a chair with a foot rest part 13a, the seat part 11a, the backrest part 12a and elbow rest parts 14a. The backrest part 12a is also provided with a liftable treatment mechanism 3a capable of conducting treatments in diversified manners on the back of the person to be treated. A forearm insertion opening part 61a which allows the forearm part of the person to be treated to be inserted from behind the inside of the elbow rest part 14a is opened into each of the elbow rest parts 14a while a hollow part 62a which is extended from the forearm insertion opening part 61a to insert and hold the forearm part of the person to be treated is provided inside the elbow rest part 14a.
