The present invention relates to a bow-type suture having a reversible elastic structure, which can be inserted to a tissue or skin to pull the tissue or a skin area. The suture is inserted to an insertion injection needle or a cannula, wherein an elastic area is exposed to the outside of the injection needle or the cannula such that the elastic area is introduced by a corresponding tissue or skin in a state of being stretched when the suture is inserted. After the suture is inserted, a pulling elastic force is applied to remove wrinkles on a tissue or skin while the elastic area returns to an original elastic structure in the body.
