This present invention relates to a cannula suture thread setting method for a rhytidectomy. Suture thread for skin embedding formed in a hollow pipe shape at the one end goes through a hub connected to a needle, the suture thread passed through a penetrated hole located at the end of the needle is bent in the rear of the needle for setting the suture thread. A suture thread holder, which can be mounted in the hub with a diameter and length, is configured to be mounted in the hub with a sterilized sponge or soft and toxic-free urethane material in order to support the suture thread passing through the penetrated hole and the hub in a straight manner. The suture thread is bent towards the hub by with the interval of 0.8-30 mm on one end of the suture thread, which penetrates the penetrated hole so as to set the suture thread through the hub and needle composing the cannula. The suture thread holder is set to penetrate the suture thread and be positioned in the inner radius of the hub, thereby enabling a hygiene rhytidectomy by preventing a damage to the silicon coating on the periphery surface of the needle due to a contact with the suture thread holder, and by preventing the suture thread holder from directly contacting the skin when inserting skin with the needle.
