PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a behavior management system configured to manage behavior of a person carrying a mobile terminal accurately.SOLUTION: A collation section 10 of a server 2 collates an ID of a beacon 3 received by an identification information receiving section 7 from a smartphone 4 with an ID of a beacon 3 recorded in a beacon identification information database 6, collates an identification number of the smartphone 4 received by the identification information receiving section 7 with an identification number of the smartphone 4 recorded in a transfer schedule database 9, and collates an entry time and date received by a time/date receiving section 8 with an entry time and date recorded in the transfer schedule database 9. When the IDs of the beacons 3 coincide with each other as a result of collation of the collation section 10, and the identification numbers of the smartphone 4 and entry times and dates coincide with each other, respectively, a result database 11 records that a transfer schedule of a subject 20 carrying the smartphone 4 having the coincident identification number recorded in the transfer schedule database 9 has been executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
