PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information transfer management system capable of improving an operating ratio of a network and transferring medical information reliably at necessary timing.SOLUTION: An operating situation of each of modalities 101a to 101c is determined on the basis of reservation acceptance information and examination with appointment acceptance information managed by an HIS or RIS 103 and a management table of empty time of the network 102 is created in a medical information transfer management system 104. When an inquiry is made by the modality about whether or not the medical information can be transferred, transfer empty time is assigned according to the management table of the empty time and the modality is notified of information.
