ΛΙΠΑΣΜΑΤΟΔΙΑΝΟΜΕΑΣ ΓΡΑΜΜΙΚΗΣ ΕΦΑΡΜΟΓΗΣ ΜΕ ΔΙΠΛΟΥΣ ΔΙΣΚΟΥΣ ΔΙΑΝΟΙΞΗΣ ΑΥΛΑΚΙΑΣ, ΜΕ ΑΝΟΞΕΙΔΩΤΟ ΔΟΧΕΙΟ ΛΙΠΑΣΜΑΤΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΟ ΔΟΣΟΜΕΤΡΙΚΟ ΣΥΣΤΗΜΑ ΡΥΘΜΙΣΗΣ ΤΗΣ ΔΙΑΝΟΜΗΣ
Ο λιπασματοδιανομέας φέρει δύο Διπλούς Δίσκους σε σχήμα V (1) το ανοξείδωτο δοχείο με το καπάκι (2) και τους τροχούς (3). Το μηχανικό δοσομετρικό σύστημα αποτελείται από τον μοχλό ρύθμισης της ροής (4) τον ρυθμιστή της ροής με ενδείξεις (5) τον άξονα ρύθμισης (6) τον μηχανισμό 10 διανομής με φλάντζες (7) και την έξοδο διανομής λιπάσματος (8). Με την χρήση των διπλών δίσκων (1) δημιουργείται στενό αυλάκι τοποθετώντας το λίπασμα, μέσα στο χώμα, βελτιώνοντας την απορροφητικότητα του και τις ιδιότητες του. Δεν δημιουργείται ανώμαλο έδαφος ανάμεσα στις σειρές αμπελιού, δημιουργεί ένα στενό αυλάκι το οποίο στη συνέχεια, πατιέται από τους οπίσθιους μεταλλικούς τροχούς (3) της κατασκευής. Το μηχανικό δοσομετρικό σύστημα εξασφαλίζει την επιθυμητή παροχή λιπάσματος, σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του παραγωγού. Έχει μέγιστη αντοχή στην διάβρωση διότι είναι κατασκευασμένο από ανοξείδωτο χάλυβα.Novelty: a linear-application fertilizer’s distributor is disclosed herein. Advantages: the dosimetric system ensures the desired fertilizer’s distribution according to the producer’s requirements. The stainless steel the fertilizer distributor is made of ensures the optimal resistance of this last to erosion.
