PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for forming enveloped food products in which several kinds of foodstuffs of pasty foodstuffs such as granular solid foodstuffs, bean jam and cream are combined and can be disposed in skin materials as internal materials by a predetermined amount.SOLUTION: Foodstuffs different respectively are supplied to an ejection pipe 13 of an ejection unit 4 from supply units 3a and 3b. An opening/closing member is made to slide in the ejection pipe 13, and internal materials combined with foodstuffs are ejected by a predetermined amount from a nozzle. Skin materials placed on a receiving member 33 are recessed in an opening of the receiving member 33, and the internal materials are disposed. The circumferential edges of the skin materials are gathered together by a sealing unit 8 and the internal materials are sealed and formed so as to be enveloped while supporting the skin materials recessed in the opening from the lower part by a supporting unit 9.【課題】本発明は、粒状の固形食材や餡やクリーム等のペースト状食材といった複数種類の食材を組み合せた状態で所定量ずつ内材として外皮材に配置して包み込むように成形することができる包被食品成形装置及び方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】供給部３ａ及び３ｂからそれぞれ異なる食材を吐出部４の吐出管１３に供給し、吐出管１３内に開閉部材を摺動させてノズルから食材を組み合せて内材を所定量ずつ吐出し、受け部材３３上に載置された外皮材を受け部材３３の開口内に窪ませて内材を配置し、開口内に窪んだ外皮材を支持部９により下方から支持しながら封着部８により外皮材の周縁部を寄せ集めて内材を包み込むように封着して成形する。【選択図】図１
