PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elasticity measurement device which allows setting of a measurement area where more precise measurement can be performed.SOLUTION: An elasticity measurement device comprises: an area setting unit 53 for setting a measurement area where the elasticity of a biological tissue is measured； an evaluation unit 54 for detecting a non measurement target which is not the measurement target of elasticity on the basis of data on the ultrasonic image and evaluating the measurement area； and a display unit for displaying an image based on the evaluation by the evaluation unit 54. The evaluation unit 54 detects the non measurement target which is not the measurement target of elasticity, on the basis of the signal intensity of data on the ultrasonic image.
