PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can stably maintain absorption performance of excretion liquid and can keep use feeling when worn excellent in the absorbent article provided with a second sheet between a top sheet and an absorber.SOLUTION: In an absorbent article, a second sheet 5 is provided with a plurality of protrusion existing regions 10 where solid protrusions 11 protruding to a top sheet 2 side are formed and a protrusion non-existing region 11 provided between adjacent protrusion existing regions 10, 10. In the top sheet 2, a flat surface 13 in contact with end sides of the protrusions 11 is formed. On the flat surface 13, a plurality of adhesive coating regions 14 formed in a part facing a protrusion existing region 10 and a plurality of adhesive non-coating regions 15 are formed.
