PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing system and a medical information processing apparatus capable of accurately predicting a result of pathological examination based on a medical image.SOLUTION: The medical information processing system according to embodiments includes a first acquisition part, a second acquisition part, and an associating part. The first acquisition part identifies the position of a tissue from first medical image data being an image of a target site acquired before the tissue in the target site is collected and obtains an image feature value of the tissue. The second acquisition part obtains a result of a pathological examination performed on the tissue.
