A first part of a puncture needle cover unit 8 being in a first edge side from a fracture part 9 is formed of a first resin material. A second part of the lancet body 5 being in a second edge side from the fracture part 9 in the lancet body 5 for holding a puncture needle 10 and having a connection part 7 is formed of a second resin material unlike the first resin material.
