PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma generation system, a related method, and a related device.SOLUTION: A plasma generation system 100 includes a plasma generation device, an ionizable gas source 140, and a driver network 102. The plasma generation device includes a case, electrodes 128, 130, and a resonance circuit 104. The case includes a passage defined therein, and guides flow of the ionizable gas passing it. The electrode is connected to the ionizable gas that flows through the passage of the case. The resonance circuit includes a capacitor 124 and an inductor 122 connected in series. The resonance circuit has a resonance frequency and is connected to the electrode. The resonance circuit receives AC signal.
