The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and an anticancer adjuvant for the prevention or treatment of cancer, comprising malic acid-aspartic acid reciprocating transport inhibitor and carnitine acylcarnitine transporter transport inhibitor. Therefore, the present invention can significantly inhibit the growth of cancer cells compared to when using a malate-aspartate shuttle inhibitor or a carnitine acylcarnitine carrier shuttle inhibitor alone.본 발명은 말산-아스파르트산 왕복수송 억제제 및 카르니틴 아실카르니틴 운반자 수송 억제제를 포함하는 암 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 및 항암보조제에 대한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 말산-아스파르트산 왕복수송(Malate Aspartate Shuttle) 억제제 또는 카르니틴 아실카르니틴 운반자 수송(Carnitine Acylcarnitine Carrier Shuttle) 억제제를 단독으로 사용하는 경우에 비하여 암세포의 성장을 유의적으로 억제할 수 있다.
