PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe filling device which can quickly fill a syringe with a liquid to be administered to a newborn and with the volume of the liquid with a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: A syringe filling device includes a squeeze pump 1 for feeding a liquid W to be administered to a newborn by a pressure and a tube holder 3 which holds a discharging tube 11 of the squeeze pump 1. The tube holder 3 has a holding groove 30 which is opened at the front, in which the discharging tube 11 is freely inserted from the front to the back. The holding groove 30 has an arc-like part 31 for holding the discharging tube 11 in a curved posture in which the discharging tube is curved upward from a horizontal direction and a vertical part 32 which continues from an upper end 31a of the arc-like part 31 and holds the discharging port 11a of the discharging tube 11 in a posture in which an upper part is opened.
