PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve configured as a miniaturized, lightweight and inexpensive structure and capable of executing flow control of a fluid easily with small power consumption.SOLUTION: The flow control valve 32A includes: a casing 101 having an inlet 111a and an outlet 112a where the fluid to be subjected to the flow rate control flows in and out a diaphragm 130 which partitions the inner space of the casing 101 into a flowing space 140 where the fluid flows and a working space 150 where a working medium is present and a valve element 160 provided in a portion of the diaphragm 130 to face the inlet 111a. The valve element 160 is moved as the diaphragm 130 is displaced according to the change of the inner pressure in the working space 150, whereby the distance between the valve element 160 and the inlet 111a is changed.
