PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily liquid cosmetic having good redispersibility upon shaking, giving smooth and rich use feeling, allowing excellence in natural glossy feeling of finish uniformity and makeup film, and also having good makeup durability.SOLUTION: An oily liquid cosmetic contains the following components (a) to (c) (a) 2 to 15 mass% of a silicone resin consisting of a RSiOunit and a RSiOunit (where R, Rrepresent a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group), (b) 0.5 to 8 mass% of a silicone surfactant in which an organopolysiloxane group and a hydrophilic group are grafted in the siloxane main chain, (c) 10 to 30 mass% of a hydrophobized powder subjected to surface coating treatment with a silicone compound. The cosmetic is dispersed by shaking in use.
