Specifically the invention regards to a prime- boost vaccination regimen for protecting a target animal against infection or disease caused by a virus, wherein the vaccination regimen comprises the administration to said target animal of a vaccine comprising a live attenuated form of said virus, followed by the administration to said target animal of a vaccine comprising an RP encoding one or more antigens from said virus.La présente invention concerne un procédé de vaccination.
