The present invention relates to Pseudomonase veronii strain D3, an ACC deaminase derived therefrom, and uses thereof and, more specifically, to uses as a preparation comprising the same as an active ingredient for promoting plant growth, suppressing a stress hormone in a plant, and suppressing fruit fermentation in a plant. The present invention regulates ethylene, which is a stress hormone in a plant, by using beneficial bacteria, Pseudomonase veronii strain D3 (accession number: KACC92216P) and Micrococcus luteus PNL10-2 (KACC92119P)； promotes the growth of a plant by amplifying the production of an ACC deaminase derived from the strain, which is a plant stress resistance material； suppresses a plant stress hormone； and suppresses fruit fermentation, thereby increasing the plant productivity. The present invention has shown that a microbial preparation comprising the strains and an enzyme preparation can suppress a plant stress hormone more effectively when used in combination than when used each independently, and thus may be extremely beneficially used in the agricultural field.본 발명은 슈도모나스 베로니 D3 균주, 그 균주 유래의 ACC 디아미나제 효소 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 상기 구성을 유효성분으로 포함하는 식물 생장 촉진용, 식물의 스트레스 호르몬 억제용 및 식물의 발효과 억제용 제제로의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 유용미생물인 슈도모나스 베로니(Pseudomonase veronii) D3 균주(기탁번호:KACC92216P)와 마이크로코커스 루테우스(Micrococcus luteus) PNL10-2(KACC92119P)를 이용하여 식물 스트레스 호르몬인 에틸렌을 조절하고, 식물 스트레스 저항성 물질인 상기 균주 유래의 ACC 디아미나제 효소의 증폭 생산을 통해 식물의 생장을 촉진시키고, 식물의 스트레스 호르몬을 억제시키며, 특히 발효과를 억제하여 식물의 생산성을 증대시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 균주들이 포함되어 있는 미생물 제제와 효소 제제를 각각 사용하였을 때보다 이들을 혼합하여 사용하였을 때 식물의 스트레스 호르몬을 더욱 효과적으로 억제할 수 있음을 규명하여 농업분야에 매우 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
