PURPOSE: A drying apparatus for red pepper using LEDs is provided to use light and heat of the LEDs for producing sun-dried red pepper without using sunlight. CONSTITUTION: A drying apparatus for red pepper using LEDs comprises the following: a casing(110) including a door(111) on one side； a supporting plate(120) fixed to the inside of the casing in multiple stages； an LED rod(130) including the LEDs, with the upper side fixed to the lower side of the supporting plate； a tray(140) located on the upper side of the supporting plate； and a ventilation device installed on the upper side of the casing for circulating internal air.본 발명은 일면에 도어를 구비한 케이싱, 케이싱의 내측에 다단으로 고정되는 판 형상의 복수의 지지 플레이트, 로드 형상으로서 하측에 복수의 엘이디가 실장되고, 상부가 지지 플레이트의 하면에 각각 고정되는 복수의 엘이디 로드(LED rod), 상측에 건조를 위한 고추들이 배치 가능하도록 망 형상을 하고, 도어를 통해 지지 플레이트의 상측에 배치되는 복수의 채반 및 건조 과정에서 내부 공기를 외부와 순환시키기 위해 케이싱의 상측에 배치되는 환풍기를 포함하는 엘이디를 이용한 고추 건조장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 태양빛을 직접 이용하지 않아도 엘이디의 빛과 발열을 이용하여 하나의 장치로 태양초 고추를 제조할 수 있으므로 시간과 비용면에서 경제적이다.
