The present invention relates to a device to test the adhesion force of cultivated laver using rotational force. The present invention can separate a part of cultivated laver from a cultivating rope in a process where the cultivating rope rotating inside a device case by a rope rotation unit is collided with an impact rod by installing the rope rotation unit to rotate 1m or shorter of the cultivating rope on which the cultivated laver is attached to the internal center part of the rectangular tank-shaped device case with a device lid like a jump rope and additionally arranging the impact rod colliding with the cultivating rope in the rotation of the cultivating rope, inside the device case. Thus, the present invention can determine the adhesion force of the cultivated laver on the cultivating rope, that is to say the rooting strength of the cultivated laver, by measuring the weight of the separated cultivated laver, the amount of the changed impact generated in the process where the cultivating rope collides with the impact rod, or combining the both measurement methods.
