The present invention relates to an indoor ecological device with adjustable water quality, which comprises a seawater cultivation unit, a freshwater cultivation unit, and a seawater freshwater cultivation unit. The seawater cultivation unit uses water that contains mineral salts of deep layer seawater with saturated salt content to replace seawater. The freshwater cultivation unit uses water that contains no salt to replace freshwater. Discharged water from each seawater cultivation unit and each freshwater cultivation unit is allowed to enter a corresponding seawater freshwater cultivation unit after being proportionally adjusted, thus to meet different needs of water quality to various marine creatures. As such, the present invention can completely rely on no natural water resources and prevent the seawater freshwater cultivation from being affected by geographic zones and climate, thereby attaining purposes of cultivating fishery products in seawater and freshwater.
