PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which produces a mixed granulate by an efficient process, the mixed granulate containing a plurality kinds of raw granulates including medicines or nutrient components which are incompatible with each other and nonetheless causing no change upon mixing, and to provide a mixed granulate obtained by the method.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a mixed granulate in which granulates containing medicines or nutrient components which are incompatible with each other are mixed, and the method is characterized in that: (1) two or more kinds of raw granulates are separately produced per medicine or nutrient component by the same or similar granulation method (2) each raw granulate is dried in such a manner that the content of moisture reaches &le2% (3) each dried raw granulate is coated using an additive (4) each coated raw granulate is mixed and (5) the mixed raw granulate is sealed and packed with a packing material having no moisture permeability.
