The present disclosure provides antibodies that specifically bind to callidine or des-Arg10-calidine. The present disclosure also provides nucleic acids encoding anti-calidine or des-Arg10-calidine antibodies, recombinant expression vectors for making such antibodies or fragments thereof, and host cells, as well as pharmaceutical compositions. Also provided by the present invention are methods of using the antibodies of the present disclosure to modulate callidine or des-Arg10-calidine activity or detect callidine or des-Arg10-calidine in vivo or in vitro.
