The device has an elongated perforated sheath (1) closed at its lower end and placed vertically along a wall of a partially immersed artificial bank (2). Filling material (3) e.g. stone, forms cavities (4) in contact with an external medium (5). An attachment unit (6) attaches the device with the wall of the bank. The perforated sheath is held in two compartments separated from each other, where one of the components receives the fill material. The adjacent compartments are separated by a partition wall (7) forming a spacer. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a movable artificial habitat device.La présente invention est du domaine des équipements maritimes et fluviaux et concerne plus particulièrement un dispositif d'habitat artificiel modulable. La présente invention à pour objet un dispositif d'habitat artificiel mobile, composé, (i) d'une gaine ajourée (1) de forme allongée fermée à son extrémité inférieure destinée à être placée verticalement le long de la paroi d'une berge (2) artificielle, au moins partiellement immergée, (ii) d'au moins un matériau de remplissage (3) formant des cavités (4) en contact avec le milieu extérieur (5) et (iii) d'un système de fixation (6) dudit dispositif à ladite paroi de la berge (2), la gaine ajourée (1) étant organisée en au moins deux compartiments séparés l'un de l'autre, dont l'un au moins reçoit un matériau de remplissage (3).
