PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter agent for reproduction of edible oils, which allows reuse of an used edible oil having been used for cooking fried foods such as tempura and fries, fried confectionery such as doughnuts, and other various fries, by improving the acid value, the hue and the like of the used edible oil by a simple means.SOLUTION: The filter agent for reproduction of edible oils is composed of several kinds of fillers having specific acid basicities and specific surface areas, and filters the used edible oils to improve the acid value, hue and the like of the edible oils to be in reusable states, wherein especially inorganic fillers containing microparticles are selected, and a porous trash sheet having specific openings is made to be present between the filter material and a filter paper, thereby allowing the improvement of the filtering treatment rate.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 天ぷら、フライ等の揚げ物惣菜、ドーナツその他揚げ菓子類、諸々の揚げ物などの調理に使用された使用済み食用油の酸価値及び色相等を簡便な手段により改善し、再使用可能に処理するための食用油の再生用濾過剤を提供する。【解決手段】 特定の酸塩基度及び比表面積を有する複数種のフィラーからなる食用油再生用濾過剤であって、使用済み食用油を濾過処理し、食用油の酸価値、色相などを再利用可能な状態に改善する食用油の再生用濾過剤であり、特に微粒子を含む無機フィラーを選択し、かつ濾過剤と濾紙の間に特定の目開きを有する多孔夾雑シートを存在させることにより濾過処理速度の改善が可能となる。【選択図】なし
