The purpose of the notification is to obtain polymer layers on the surface of titanium or titanium alloys on a polymer basis with phosphates characterised by the fact that titanium or titanium alloy oxidises anode in a water bath containing calcium phosphorus of the concentration 0001 mol/dm3 -10 mol/dm3 using a compression voltage of: from 0,1 V to 800 V, the anode current density of 5 -500 A/dm2 and subsequently the oxidised titanium or titanium alloy is placed in a polymer solution based on adipic acid derivatives,solvent for dichloromethane and insoluble zinc phosphate (Zn3(PO4)2) and/or copper phosphate (Cu3(PO4)2)) and/or silver phosphate (Ag3PO4)and then it dries.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania warstw polimerowych na powierzchni tytanu lub stopów tytanu na bazie polimeru z fosforanami charakteryzujący się tym, że tytan lub stop tytanu utlenia się anodowo w kąpieli wodnej zawierającej podfosforyn wapnia o stężeniu 0,001 mol/dm3 - 10 mol/dm3 stosując napięcie zaciskowe w zakresie od 0,1 V do 800 V, anodową gęstością prądu w zakresie 5 - 500 A/dm2 a następnie tak utleniony tytan lub stop tytanu umieszcza się w roztworze polimeru na bazie pochodnej kwasu adypinowego, rozpuszczalnika korzystnie dichlorometanu i nierozpuszczalnych związków fosforanów cynku korzystnie (Zn3(PO4)2) i/lub fosforanów miedzi korzystnie (Cu3(PO4)2)) i/lub fosforanów srebra korzystnie (Ag3PO4), a następnie suszy.
