PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed apparatus having various functions in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A bed apparatus 10 includes: a waist bottom 22； lateral materials 64 disposed at lateral parts of the waist bottom； and lateral fences 13a and 13b disposed at such positions as to vertically face the lateral materials at the lateral parts of the waist bottom.
