The composition is intended for transvaginal application to release spermidine onto external sphincter, urethra and endopelvic fascia, or for intravescial instillation. A variant composition takes the form of a condom lubricant comprising spermidine for the local release thereof during sexual intercourse, as an alternative or complementary to the local self-administration.
