The present invention relates to a natural mixture for repelling mosquitoes and controlling pest, which is harmless to a human body but, selectively gives stimuli to chemical sensory organs of mosquitoes and/or insects or kills the insects, and to a method for manufacturing a spray-type composition and a smoking agent, manufactured using the same.
