摘要：: The present invention provides compounds and compositions thereof that are useful as inhibitors of breton tyrosine kinases and that exhibit desirable properties with respect to the inhibitors. For example, the present invention provides biaryl compounds useful for the treatment of human diseases in oncology, neurology and immunology.
