The present invention relates to an eco-friendly herbicidal composition for pest control for Korean grass, which is prepared by mixing a component with an herbicidal function and a component with an insecticidal function and thus can perform a weeding operation and an insect pest control operation at the same time； and to a method of improving the environment for growth and development of grass by using same. The eco-friendly herbicidal composition comprises, based on effective components with respect to in 200 L of water: 20-40 ml of chlorpyrifos methyl； 1-2 ml of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl； 60-90 ml of triclopyr-TEA； 50-65 ml of mecoprop-P； 80-120 ml of a spreading agent； and 230-270 g of a urea fertilizer. The method of improving the environment for growth and development of grass comprises spraying, per 1 m^2 of a lawn, 150-250 ml of the eco-friendly herbicidal composition for pest control for Korean grass, wherein the eco-friendly herbicidal composition is sprayed onto the top part of the lawn by using a rotating curved nozzle and injected in the underground part and the area near weeds by using an injection-type probe.본 발명은 제초기능을 갖는 성분과 살충기능을 갖는 성분을 혼합하여 제초작업과 해충방제 작업을 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 하는 한국잔디의 충해방제가 가능한 친환경 제초 조성물 및 이를 이용한 잔디 생육환경 개선방법에 관한 것으로써,친환경 제초 조성물은,물 200ℓ당 유효 성분을 기준으로, 클로르피리포스메틸(Chlorpyrifos methyl) 20 내지 40㎖, 페녹사프로프피에틸(fenoxaprop-P-ethyl) 1 내지 2㎖, 트리클로피르티이에이(triclopyr-TEA) 60 내지 90㎖, 메코프로프피(Mecoprop-P) 50 내지 65㎖, 전착제 80 내지 120㎖, 요소비료 230 내지 270g；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.잔디 생육환경 개선방법은, 한국잔디의 충해방제가 가능한 친환경 제초 조성물을 잔디밭 1 ㎡당 150 내지 250 ㎖의 양으로 살포하되, 회전곡자노즐을 이용하여 지상부에 분사시키고, 주사형 탐침봉을 이용하여 지하부 및 잡초근경부에 주입하는 것이 바람직하다.
