The present invention relates to an eco-friendly herbicidal composition capable of being used in Korean grass and Western grass, the eco-friendly herbicidal composition which can be safely used in Western grass as well as Korean grass, and can easily kill broad leaved weed (dicotyledonous weed) among weeds, and a method of improving grass growth environment using the eco-friendly herbicidal composition. The eco-friendly herbicidal composition of the present invention comprises 2.5 to 4.5 mL of fenoxaprop-P-ethyl, 9 to 15 mL of fluroxypyr-meptyl, 15 to 35 mL of mecoprop, and 90 to 110 mL of a wetting agent based on the weight of active ingredients per 200 L of water. Preferably, the method of the present invention comprises spraying the eco-friendly herbicidal composition in an amount of 150 to 250 mL per 1 m^2 of a lawn.본 발명은 한국잔디 뿐 만 아니라 서양잔디에도 안전하게 사용할 수 있되 잡초 중에서 광엽잡초(쌍떡잎잡초)를 용이하게 제초할 수 있도록 하는 한국잔디와 서양잔디에 사용가능한 친환경 제초 조성물 및 이를 이용한 잔디 생육환경 개선방법에 관한 것으로써,친환경 제초 조성물은,물 200ℓ당 유효 성분의 중량을 기준으로, 페녹사프로프피에틸(fenoxaprop-P-ethyl) 2.5 내지 4.5 ㎖, 플루록시피르멥틸(fluroxypyr-meptyl) 9 내지 15 ㎖, 메코프로프(mecoprop) 15 내지 35 ㎖, 전착제 90 내지 110 ㎖；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 한다.잔디 생육환경 개선방법은, 상기 제초 조성물을 잔디밭 1 m2 당 150 내지 250 ㎖의 양으로 살포하는 것이 바람직하다.
