PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an ising type interaction without shortening a quantum-bit life.SOLUTION: A capacitor 103 is provided which couples a first superconducting ring 101 formed equipped with a Josephson junction and a second superconducting ring 102 formed equipped with the Josephson junction. The first superconducting ring 101 and the second superconducting ring 102 are connected to each other via the capacitor 103. In this ising type interaction generating device, the ising type interaction is generated between a first quantum bit by the first superconducting ring 101 and a second quantum bit by the second superconducting ring 102.
